Otis and Studio Review Tools
Panel of (Tools) may provide access to tools such as Otis, which review your studio’s positioning, visual presence, social presence, and publicly available brand expression in order to generate recommendations.
These tools are designed to provide guidance, observations, and suggested next steps. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, branding, marketing, or business advice.
Any recommendations generated by Otis or similar tools are based on the information available or provided at the time of review. You are responsible for deciding how to interpret and apply the recommendations to your own business.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including increased enquiries, revenue growth, visibility, rankings, client conversion, press coverage, or business performance.
Bespoke Reports and Action Plans
Panel of (Tools) may offer bespoke reports, reviews, or action plans, including 90-day studio action plans.
When purchasing a bespoke service, you may be asked to provide information such as your studio name, website, social media profile, business details, or other relevant context.
We aim to deliver bespoke reports within the stated timeframe where possible. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on demand, the completeness of the information submitted, and internal review capacity.
Bespoke reports are created for strategic guidance only. They do not guarantee specific business results, client enquiries, sales, visibility, press coverage, or performance outcomes.
Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of downloadable resources, templates, and digital products are final unless otherwise stated.
